Hi. I'm Nick
ELKRISE Founder & Principal
Nick Charbonneau is a polymath with multiple design degrees and a deep foundation in both creative and technical disciplines. He began his career as a JavaScript developer, specializing as a UI Architect, before his passion for Product Management took flight. That shift came when he led a the moonshot Adventure Lab project at Geocaching — a key product in their lineup today. This transformative experience propelled him into the startup ecosystem, where he became a key hire for multiple early stage startups.

Throughout his career, Nick has built product departments from the ground up, led large cross-functional teams, managed seven-figure marketing budgets, and solved complex challenges. Despite his extensive leadership experience, Nick still finds joy in working alongside "small but mighty" teams, staying hands-on and even contributing code when needed.​
